Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest die Lebens- und Arbeitsräume unserer privaten sowie gewerblichen Kunden durch hochwertige Maler-, Lackier- und Tapezierarbeiten.
- Du sorgst für perfekte Ergebnisse, indem du Untergründe sorgfältig vorbereitest (z.B. durch Schleifen und Grundieren) und Bauteile wie Fenster und Türen fachgerecht lackierst.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Farbauswahl, mischst die Töne präzise an und setzt ihre individuellen Wünsche kreativ um.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team planst du die Arbeitsabläufe vor Ort und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung der Projekte.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine saubere Baustelle und eine ordentliche Dokumentation, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d) oder in einem ähnlichen Gewerk wie Putz, Mauer- oder Trockenbau.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung mit – wir freuen uns aber auch über motivierte Berufseinsteiger, die mit uns durchstarten wollen.
- Du hast ein Auge für Farben, arbeitest gewissenhaft und bist als zuverlässiger Teamplayer körperlich belastbar.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich sicher mit Kunden und im Team abzustimmen.
- Um unsere Baustellen zu erreichen, besitzt du idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
