- Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Du steuerst und setzt personelle Maßnahmen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles um
- Du stellst effiziente, strukturierte und rechtskonforme HR-Prozesse sicher

- Du erstellst und analysierst relevante HR-Kennzahlen und unterstützt bei HR-Projekten, wie die Implementierung neuer HR-Software und die Konzeption von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion mit, idealerweise im gewerblichen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über fundierte arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse und Sicherheit im Umgang mit personellen Einzelmaßnahmen
- Du bist eine breit aufgestellte Persönlichkeit und navigierst sicher durch Recruiting, Weiterbildung, Sozialrecht und Mitarbeiterführung
- Du trittst souverän auf und arbeitest pragmatisch sowie lösungsorientiert
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und einen sicheren Umgang mit HR-Systemen sowie Verständnis für Kennzahlen und personalwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B & bist reisebereit zur regelmäßigen Präsenz am Standort Wittenburg

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
