- Du koordinierst die Teams entsprechend dem täglichen Produktionsvolumen und unterstützt den Produktionsleiter bei der Urlaubs- und Stundenplanung
- Du unterstützt bei der Verpackung und Verarbeitung von Obst und Gemüse an großen Anlagen
- Du bedienst Verpackungsmaschinen und reinigst die Maschine nach jedem Produktionsschritt
- Du teilst neue Produktionsmitarbeitende ein und weist ihnen Aufgaben zu
- Du kommunizierst Änderungen im Produktionsprozess und organisierst die Arbeitsabläufe in der Schicht
- Du entscheidest über den Einsatz reklamierter oder mangelhafter Rohwarenqualitäten und kontrollierst die Einhaltung von Rezepturen, Arbeitsplänen sowie der betriebsintern geltenden Qualitätsansprüche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft Lebensmitteltechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung wie z.B. Koch (m/w/d), Fleischer (m/w/d)
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion mit, idealerweise hast du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
- Du bist körperlich belastbar
- Du sprichst fließend Ungarisch (C1) und verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, um deine Teams sicher zu koordinieren
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Kommunikationsstärke behältst du auch bei hohem Produktionsvolumen den Überblick und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest selbstständig und hast Freude daran, dein Team zu motivieren und anzuleiten
