Du leitest, koordinierst und führst das Personal in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Kasse, Steuern und Personal
Du erstellst die Haushaltsatzung, den Haushaltsplan mit Anlagen und den Jahresabschluss in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereichsleiter
Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Haushaltsansätze und führst Controlling durch
Du überwachst das Kennzahlen- und Berichtswesen und erstellst Quartalsberichte
Du verwaltest Vermögen und Schulden inklusive Statistik und Beteiligungsmanagement
Du überwachst und bearbeitest steuerrechtliche Angelegenheiten und allgemeine Angelegenheiten der Finanzwirtschaft, finanzwirtschaftlicher Grundsatzfragen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
Du bearbeitest Sachverhalte im Rahmen EEG und BbgEESG und implementierst sowie betreust Sachverhalte für die Umsatzsteuer des § 2b UStG
Du erarbeitest Satzungen und Dienstanweisungen des Sachgebietes und erstellst Beschlussvorlagen sowie nimmst an Sitzungen der politischen Gremien unseres Unternehmens teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast einen Abschluss als Betriebswirt:in (VWA) oder als Bilanzbuchhalter:in
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Verwaltungsfachwirt:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie zum Beispiel einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre
Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der öffentlichen Kommunalverwaltung mit
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im kommunalen Haushaltsrecht
