Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung für dein Team in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Kasse und Steuern.
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung des Haushaltsplans sowie des Jahresabschlusses und steuerst das Controlling in enger Abstimmung mit der Fachbereichsleitung.
- Du entwickelst das Kennzahlen- und Berichtswesen weiter und erstellst aussagekräftige Quartalsberichte als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Gremien.
- Du verwaltest das kommunale Vermögen sowie die Schulden und bearbeitest zentrale steuerrechtliche Angelegenheiten, wie die Umsetzung des § 2b UStG.
- Du erarbeitest Beschlussvorlagen sowie Satzungen für dein Sachgebiet und vertrittst deine Fachthemen souverän in den politischen Gremiensitzungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Betriebswirt:in (VWA) oder als Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Verwaltungsfachwirt:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie zum Beispiel einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der öffentlichen Kommunalverwaltung mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im kommunalen Haushaltsrecht
- Du besitzt Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
