Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten ein ca. fünfköpfiges Team aus Ingenieur:innen und technischen Zeichner:innen in unserer R&D-Abteilung
- Sie verantworten technische Lösungen und deren konstruktive Umsetzung – mechanisch wie elektronisch – unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Einkauf und Produktmanagement zusammen und stehen im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen
- Sie priorisieren Projekte, Kundenanfragen und Aufträge entlang unserer Unternehmensstrategie
- Sie entwickeln unsere Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter
- Sie gestalten die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Vergleichbares
- Sie verfügen über mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Konstruktion, sowie 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (Planung, Umsetzung, Kontrolle)
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, Kommunikationsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit – auch in stressigen Situationen
- Sie besitzen ein hohes technisches Verständnis und ausgezeichnetes Wissen über die aktuellen Technologietrends
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch (C2)
- Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in Elektro- und Pumpentechnik
