Was erwartet Dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen telefonisch und schriftlich zu Versicherungsfragen im privaten sowie gewerblichen Bereich
- Du bist für die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versicherungsanträgen und -verträgen zuständig
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei Schadensmeldungen und deren Abwicklung
- Du führst die Stammdatenpflege durch und unterstützt den Vertriebsaußendienst bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen und Angeboten
- Du betreust unsere bestehenden Kund:innen und baust die Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus
- Du bist aktiv an der Entwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse beteiligt

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung und im Versicherungsvertrieb
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen
- Du bist flexibel und anpassungsfähig in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
