Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die fachliche Führung Ihres Baustellenteams und steuern die termingerechte Umsetzung unserer Hochbauprojekte direkt vor Ort.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung planen Sie den gesamten Bauablauf und koordinieren den Einsatz von Personal, Geräten sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmen.
- Sie gewährleisten die hohe Qualität der Bauausführung, indem Sie eigenständig Vermessungs- und Absteckungsarbeiten durchführen und die Einhaltung der Pläne überwachen.
- Sie übernehmen die lückenlose Dokumentation des Baufortschritts, führen das Bautagebuch und sind für die Erfassung der Stundenlohnzettel zuständig.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind geprüfter Polier (m/w/d), Maurermeister oder Bautechniker (m/w/d). Alternativ bringen Sie eine Ausbildung als Maurer oder Betonbauer (m/w/d) mit mindestens fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung mit.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Im Umgang mit dem PC, insbesondere mit MS Office, sind Sie sicher.
- Mit Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit leiten Sie Ihr Team souverän und arbeiten selbstständig.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung auf der Baustelle kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
