Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen den Bauablauf mit der Bauleitung
- Sie steuern und setzen das Bauvorhaben mit einem dynamischen und erfahrenen Team um
- Sie führen die Stundenlohnzettel des Baustellenpersonals und übernehmen die Arbeitseinteilung
- Sie nehmen Geländeaufnahmen, Vermessungsarbeiten und Absteckungen vor
- Sie führen das Bautagebuch in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und dokumentieren die Bauprozesse
- Sie nehmen an Besprechungen mit Bauleitung und Subunternehmen teil und übernehmen die Führung, Überwachung und Disposition von Nachunternehmen und Lieferanten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Polier (m/w/d) und einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Sie haben alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Maurer bzw. Betonbauer (m/w/d) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder eine Weiterbildung zum Maurermeister oder zum Bautechniker (m/w/d)
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie verfügen über PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS-Office
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
