Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest und realisierst Packaging-Designs – von Adaptionen bis zu Relaunches
- Du setzt Reinzeichnungen und druckfähige Daten um (Satz, Layout, Typografie, Stanz- und Farbflächen)
- Du adaptierst Designs sicher für verschiedene Formate, Länder/Sprachen und Sortenfamilien
- Du bearbeitest und retuschierst Bildmaterial; du führst Bildrecherchen durch und unterstützt Foto-Shootings
- Du koordinierst Abstimmungen mit Kreation, Beratung, Produktion und ggf. externen Partnern
- Du übernimmst perspektivisch eine Führungsrolle: Du coachst ein Team von 4 Mediengestalter:innen, entwickelst Standards / Workflows und planst Kapazitäten gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung Kreation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Mediengestalter (m/w/d) in einer Design- oder Werbeagentur mit – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Packaging/Prepress
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist sehr sicher in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Cinema 4D ist ein Plus (Weiterbildung möglich)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Druckdaten, Color-Management, Proofs und Produktionsprozessen
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Marken, Typografie und Details
- Du bist strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und qualitätsorientiert sowie kommunikativ und verbindlich in der Abstimmung – und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Menschen anzuleiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
