Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung im Reklamationsmanagement (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig Kunden-, Lieferanten- und interne Reklamationen
- Du analysierst technisch die Reklamationsursachen und leitest geeignete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und setzt diese um
- Du koordinierst und stimmst alle Maßnahmen mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern ab
- Du dokumentierst strukturiert und verfolgst konsequent die Reklamationen nach der 4D- bzw. 8D-Methode
- Du stellst eine termingerechte, transparente und qualitativ hochwertige Reklamationsbearbeitung sicher
- Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse mit

Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Techniker-Weiterbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Automatisierung, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung sowie im Reklamationsmanagement
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Sensortechnik (optional) und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reklamations- bzw. CAQ-Software (z. B. Babtec)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Reisen für technische Abstimmungen bei Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis zur fundierten Nachvollziehbarkeit unserer Prozesse
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, Vermittlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Informationen souverän und empathisch zu kommunizieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
