Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest Cloud-ERP-Einführungen end-to-end – Anforderungsaufnahme, Setup, Datenmigration, Go-Live
- Du wirst zur ersten Anlaufstelle für deine Kund:innen und löst fachliche wie technische Themen eigenständig
- Du baust Integrationen und Automatisierungen rund ums ERP – über REST-APIs, kleine Python-Skripte, Workflow-Tools wie n8n und Azure Logic Apps
- Du bringst Struktur in Daten: saubere Migrationen, belastbare Stammdaten, durchdachte Prozesse
- Du entwickelst unser Beratungsangebot aktiv mit – wir sind klein genug, dass deine Ideen direkt im Markt landen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar – oder ein sauberer Quereinstieg, der für sich spricht
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im ERP-, Consulting- oder Software-Support-Umfeld
- Technische Affinität: Du liest REST-API-Dokumentationen ohne Schmerzen, hast erste Berührungspunkte mit Python (oder die klare Bereitschaft, das aufzubauen) und siehst eine JSON-Response nicht als Hindernis
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für Geschäftsprozesse und Spaß daran, beides zu denken: das fachliche „Warum" und das technische „Wie"
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten – wir mikromanagen nicht
- Sehr gutes Deutsch, solides Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
