Was erwartet dich?
- Planung, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der praktischen Ausbildungsinhalte
- Vermittlung von Grundlagen und fortgeschrittenem Wissen in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerktechnik, Server, Cloud, Security & Troubleshooting
- Individuelle Betreuung der Auszubildenden inkl. regelmäßiger One-on-Ones
- Unterstützung beim Lernen & technischem Verstehen & Förderung einer professionellen Lernumgebung und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Begleitung der Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfungen sowie der Abschlussprojekte
- Erstellung von Ausbildungsplänen und Dokumentationen, sowie die Koordination von Praxiseinsätzen in Fachabteilungen
- Planung von Lernmodulen, Workshops und Lerneinheiten
- Absprache mit der Berufsschule sowie der IHK, Teilnahme an Ausbilderveranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (all genders), IT-Systemelektroniker (all genders), IT-Administrator (all genders) oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 jahre Erfahrung in IT-Administration, Systemintegration oder technischem Support
- Ausbilderschein (Ada-Schein / AEVO)
- Freude daran, Wissen zu vermitteln & junge Menschen beruflich zu entwickeln
- Pädagogisches Geschick, Geduld und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach zu erklären
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kommunikatives Auftreten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
