Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst, coachst und entwickelst das Standortteam mit klarem Fokus auf Handel, Leistung und Zusammenarbeit
- Du steuerst den Handelsstandort ganzheitlich – von Wareneingang über Lagerung bis Verkauf und Auslieferung
- Du bist verantwortlich für Umsatz, Rohertrag, Bestände und handelsrelevante KPIs
- Du gestaltest aktiv das Tagesgeschäft, indem du priorisierst, entscheidest und handelst in einem dynamischen Handelsumfeld
- Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Logistik, Disposition und Vertrieb zur optimalen Marktbearbeitung zusammen
- Du stellst ein marktorientiertes Sortiment sowie reibungslose Abläufe für Kund:innen und Partner:innen sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Handel, Großhandel oder Einzelhandel – idealerweise in der Grünen Branche oder Frischelogistik
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit oder hast eine klare Entwicklungsperspektive in eine leitende Handelsfunktion
- Du denkst ausgeprägt zahlen- und kennzahlenorientiert (Umsatz, Marge, Bestände, KPIs)
- Du arbeitest unternehmerisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist entscheidungsfreudig, belastbar und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität im operativen Handelsgeschäft
- Du bist eine teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke und klarer Haltung

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
