Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und montierst Schalungen für verschiedene Betonbauteile wie Wände, Decken oder Fundamente exakt nach Bauplan
- Du bist für das präzise Zuschneiden, Biegen und Verlegen von Bewehrungsstahl verantwortlich, um die Stabilität der Bauteile zu sichern
- Du bringst den Beton fachgerecht in die vorbereiteten Schalungen ein, verdichtest ihn und sorgst für eine saubere Oberflächenqualität
- Gemeinsam im Team überwachst du den Aushärtungsprozess und übernimmst anschließend das sorgfältige Ausschalen der fertigen Bauteile

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Stahlbetonbauer, Maurer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Baugewerbe.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung auf der Baustelle mit, insbesondere im Schalungs- und Bewehrungsbau.
- Das Lesen von Bau- und Bewehrungsplänen fällt dir leicht und du setzt diese präzise um.
- Du bist körperlich fit, packst gerne mit an und überzeugst durch deine zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team und auf der Baustelle verständigen zu können.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
