- Sie verantworten die strategische Weiterentwicklung und den stabilen Betrieb unserer gesamten IT-Infrastruktur und übernehmen die Führung für den IT-Support und die Engineering-IT
- Sie konzipieren unsere hybride Serverlandschaft auf Basis von Windows, Linux sowie VMWare und stellen deren Hochverfügbarkeit sicher
- Sie gestalten die modernen Client-Workplaces unserer Mitarbeitenden und steuern die gesamte Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Gemeinsam mit externen Partnern entwickeln Sie unsere Cyber-Security-Strategie weiter und stellen mit Lösungen wie Veeam die Datenintegrität und -sicherheit her
- Sie leiten IT-Projekte, insbesondere bei der technischen Anbindung und Integration unserer Systeme in die IT-Landschaften unserer Industriekunden

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über umfassende Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Client- und Serverumgebungen
- Sie haben bereits kleine IT-Teams sowohl disziplinarisch als auch fachlich geführt
- Sie kennen sich aus mit Virtualisierung (VMWare, Hyper-V), Storage-Systemen, Backup-Lösungen (Veeam), sowie Cybersecurity-Lösungen
- Sie sind Experte in der Administration von M365
- Sie haben Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Sie sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
