- Du betreust eigenständig und berätst steuerlich mittelständische bis große Unternehmen
- Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen
- Du wirkst bei steuerlichen Außenprüfungen und Sonderprojekten mit
- Du entwickelst und setzt steuerliche Gestaltungsstrategien um
- Du prüfst Steuerbescheide und führst Rechtsbehelfe
- Du arbeitest eng mit Mandant:innen, Finanzbehörden und internen Fachabteilungen zusammen
- Du begleitest Umstrukturierungen, Nachfolgeregelungen und Unternehmensbewertungen
- Optional: Du arbeitest in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit oder übernimmst fachliche Verantwortung für bestimmte Branchen oder Themenfelder

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht, Steuerlehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bereitest dich auf das Steuerberaterexamen vor oder hast es bereits bestanden
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung oder fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerberatung / Wirtschaftsprüfung mit – je nach Einstiegslevel
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht und idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit DATEV und MS Office
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Du hast Freude an Teamarbeit, Mandantenkontakt und der Suche nach praxisnahen Lösungen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verlässlich und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
