Was erwartet Sie?
- Organisation und Führung der Region, innerhalb der Unternehmensvorgaben und des Budgets
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Umsatz- und EBIT-Zielen sowie der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung von Forecasts im Rahmen der Auftragserfassung
- Anleitung, Führung, Kontrolle, Leistungsbewertung und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
- Bildung eines leistungsstarken, kundenorientierten Service-Teams, das auf Effizienz und Effektivität ausgerichtet ist
- Einheitliche und effiziente Servicequalität sicherstellen
- Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung und -loyalität
- Planung und Reporting der geschäftlichen Entwicklung
- Analyse regionaler Branchen- und Kundenpotenziale
- Servicewachstum vorantreiben, um Marktanteile auszubauen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der jährlichen Budget- und Personalplanung in Übereinstimmung mit den strategischen Zielvorgaben
- Sicherstellung einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Gewerbe- und Industriekälte
- Aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Verfahrensanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen und weiteren Standards
- Umsetzung der Festlegungen zum Qualitätsmanagement, zum Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung interner sowie externer rechtlicher Richtlinien und Vorschriften, einschließlich Compliance

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Mindestens 4-jährige Hochschulausbildung vorzugsweise Kältetechnik, Maschinenbau, Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbares Fach oder Weiterbildung zum Meister /Techniker im Bereich Klima- und Kältetechnik mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik mit Fach- und Branchenkenntnis im Service
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Business Units im Servicegeschäft
- Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Integrität und ausgeprägte Wertmaßstäbe - Ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, zu führen und Mitarbeitern ein Vorbild zu geben
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken
- Analytisch geprägtes, strukturiertes Vorgehen
