In der Rolle als Business Development Manager - Emergency Lighting (m/w/d) gestaltest du aktiv unser Notbeleuchtungsportfolio, entwickelst neue Marktchancen und unterstützt Vertrieb und Planung als fachlicher Experte. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für unser Notbeleuchtungssegment, begleitest anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Technik sowie unserer Muttergesellschaft in UK und unseren Schwesterfirmen.

Wir realisieren spannende Projekte, die unseren Kunden helfen, Energiekosten und den CO₂-Ausstoß zu senken sowie von den Vorteilen digitaler Beleuchtungslösungen zu profitieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Als „One‑Man‑Show“ erschließt du ein neues Marktsegment und bist unser Experte im Bereich Notbeleuchtung – mit viel Gestaltungsfreiheit.
Du wirst Produktexperte für alle Notbeleuchtungsprodukte des Thorlux‑Universums und unserer Schwestergesellschaften.
Das komplette Produktportfolio wird von dir gesteuert: Produktauswahl, Pricing, technische Datenblätter und Steuerungslösungen.
Unseren Vertrieb unterstützt du bei großen und speziellen Notbeleuchtungsprojekten, inkl. deutschlandweiten Kundenbesuchen vor Ort.
Du erkennst Marktpotenziale, entwickelst Strategien und verfasst Business‑Pläne.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertrieb sowie der Projektplanung zusammen und bist deren fachliche Stütze in allen Themen zu Notbeleuchtung

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Notbeleuchtungsmarkt und ein breites Wissen über Kundenbedürfnisse, Technik und Marktdynamik sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master).
Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit – regelmäßige Termine in München, deutschlandweite Kundeneinsätze sowie gelegentliche Reisen nach Spanien und UK (2–3× jährlich) sind für dich kein Problem.
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Marktpotenziale zu analysieren und Business‑Pläne zu entwickeln.
Technische Affinität und Verständnis für Produktlösungen, Systeme und Normen sind essentiell.
Du agierst stark vertriebsorientiert, zeigst einen souveränen Auftritt beim Kunden und hast Freude am Präsentieren und Beraten – oft gemeinsam mit unseren Key Account Managern.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch (zwingend), da die Kommunikation mit den Tochtergesellschaften auf Englisch erfolgt. Spanischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber nicht erforderlich.
