Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst anspruchsvolle Bauteile und Metallkonstruktionen eigenverantwortlich im WIG- und MAG-Schweißverfahren.
- Du arbeitest präzise nach technischen Zeichnungen und stellst die maßgenaue Umsetzung der Konstruktionsvorgaben sicher.
- Du führst die Qualitätskontrolle deiner Schweißarbeiten durch und sorgst damit für die erstklassige Güte unserer Produkte.
- Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Werkstücke, inklusive Schleifen und Richten.
- Du bist für die Wartung deiner Schweißanlagen zuständig und arbeitest eng mit dem Team in der Werkstatt zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, zum Beispiel als Konstruktionsmechaniker:in oder Metallbauer:in.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im WIG- und MAG-Schweißen mit – gültige Zertifikate sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Das Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen gehört zu deinen Stärken.
- Eine sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
