Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bedienen modernste Zweiwegebagger (Liebherr 900/922) und steuern unsere Spezialmaschinen bei anspruchsvollen Bau- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Weichen-, Gleis- und Tiefbau – präzise, sicher und mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch
- Sie bereiten Sperr- und Rangierfahrten vor und führen diese durch. Dabei planen Sie eigenverantwortlich Rangierfahrten im Gleisbereich, koordinieren Arbeitsabläufe mit dem Team und sorgen für reibungslose Baustellenlogistik auf der Schiene
- Sie führen eigenständig Wartungen und kleine Reparaturen durch, übernehmen die technische Pflege Ihrer Maschinen, führen Funktionsprüfungen durch und beheben kleinere Störungen direkt vor Ort – für maximale Einsatzbereitschaft

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Baugeräteführer (m/w/d), Baumaschinenmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bahnbau
- Sie besitzen einen Triebfahrzeugführerschein nach TfV sowie Prüfungsnachweise als Zweiwegefahrzeugführer (m/w/d) nach TfV oder VDV-Schrift 753
- Sie verfügen über einen Tauglichkeitsnachweis nach TfV und einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Sie sind teamfähig und verfügen über sichere deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C1) für die Kommunikation mit sämtlichen Projektbeteiligten
- Sie sind bereit zur Schichtarbeit (Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten) und zeichnen sich durch Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
