Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätze an Kühl- sowie Heißtheken direkt im Markt durch
- Sie beheben vorausschauend Fehler zur Sicherung der Frischekette der Kund:innen
- Sie bieten technische Beratung und führen den Kundendialog als fachlicher Ankerpunkt für Monteur:innen und Kund:innen vor Ort
- Sie lösen technische Fragestellungen kompetent am Telefon
- Sie unterstützen die Inbetriebnahme neuer Kühltheken im Ladenbau und führen Funktionsprüfungen durch, sorgen für exakte Feinjustierung für maximale Energieeffizienz
- Sie steigern mit dem Service Center aus dem Innendienst die Anlageneffizienz und erarbeiten innovative Lösungsvorschläge für nachhaltige Kältetechnik bei den Kund:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Elektriker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Kältemonteur:in o.ä.)
- Sie besitzen einen kleinen Kälteschein (Kat. 4 Zertifizierung)
- Sie haben relevante Berufserfahrung als Service-Techniker:in, vorzugsweise im Umfeld der Gewerbe- oder Supermarktkälte
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und haben idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und ERP-Anwendungen
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie bieten professionelle, freundliche und serviceorientierte Kundenberatung und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich sowie strukturiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
