Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie synchronisieren je nach Ladenbauprojekt die Bauzeitenpläne mit den Gewerken innerhalb des unternehmensinternen Auftrags mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Sie sorgen als Schnittstelle zwischen Baustelle, Kund:innen, Ordermanagement und Gewerken für klare Absprachen, schnelle Lösungen und transparente Kommunikation bei Änderungen
- Sie begleiten die Montage vor Ort, überwachen den Baufortschritt und stellen sicher, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards bei jedem Schritt eingehalten werden
- Sie nehmen Änderungswünsche der Kund:innen auf, klären die technische Umsetzbarkeit, übernehmen das Claim Management und sorgen dafür, dass das Projekt wirtschaftlich im grünen Bereich bleibt
- Sie führen die unternehmensinterne Abnahme mit den externen Montageteams durch, bereiten die Endabnahme vor, führen diese mit den Kund:innen durch, weisen in die technischen Gegebenheiten vor Ort ein und stellen die Umsetzung der Restarbeiten sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Holztechniker (m/w/d), Schreiner (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen und können auf mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung zurückblicken – idealerweise im Ladenbau oder einer ähnlichen Branche
- Sie sind mit AutoCAD vertraut und können Planungen präzise lesen und verstehen
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Microsoft 365 mit und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und/oder CRM-Systemen
- Sie sind bereit, regelmäßig Baustellen in den Bundesländern Nordrhein-Westfalen, Niedersachsen (Westen), Rheinland Pfalz (Norden) zu besuchen, immer mit dem Fokus auf Qualität und Effizienz; dafür stellen wir Ihnen einen Firmenwagen zur Verfügung, der auch privat genutzt werden darf
- Sie stellen mit Ihrem Teamgeist und Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke sicher, dass alle Beteiligten Hand in Hand arbeiten – vom ersten Aufmaß bis zur finalen Übergabe

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
