Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenständig 2D- und 3D-Modelle sowie technische Zeichnungen für unsere gebäudetechnischen Anlagen mit Plancal nova.
- Du übernimmst die technische Auslegung und Planung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen und stellst dabei die Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen sicher.
- Du erstellst detaillierte Stücklisten und Massenauszüge als Grundlage für die Kalkulation und Materialbeschaffung.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation über den gesamten Projektverlauf, von Bestands- bis zu Revisionsunterlagen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern und Ingenieuren bringst du deine Expertise aktiv ins Team ein und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische:r Systemplaner:in oder Zeichner:in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in der Versorgungs- oder Gebäudetechnik.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von TGA-Projekten mit.
- Im Umgang mit der CAD-Software Plancal nova bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig sowie lösungsorientiert und du hast Spaß daran, dich proaktiv mit neuen Ideen einzubringen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich im Team und mit Projektpartnern reibungslos abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
