Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Sie erstellen konsolidierte Abschlüsse nach IFRS
- Sie sind Sparringspartner:in und vertreten den Leiter Finanzen
- Sie leiten fachlich die Mitarbeitenden im Buchhaltungsteam an
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Steuerberater:innen, Betriebsprüfer:innen und Finanzbehörden
- Sie bereiten die monatlichen Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen sowie Jahresmeldungen vor und erstellen diese
- Sie erstellen Statistiken und betriebswirtschaftliche Sonderauswertungen
- Sie übernehmen das operative Cash-Management
- Sie wirken bei Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen im Finanzbereich mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Finanzen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d))
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen (z.B. Navision) und haben sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig
- Sie denken analytisch, ziel- und ergebnisorientiert und sind offen für den Einsatz von KI
- Sie haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
