Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus von der Akquise neuer Kund:innen bis zum strategischen Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreust Du unsere Kund:innen aktiv per Telefon sowie E-Mail und berätst sie kompetent zu unseren Produkten und Lösungen.
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote eigenständig nach und stellst durch die sorgfältige Prüfung eingehender Aufträge eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.
- Du pflegst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und agierst auch bei Reklamationen als lösungsorientierte Schnittstelle, um maximale Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung.
- Du bringst 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren kundennahen Rolle mit.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deiner serviceorientierten Art fällt es dir leicht, Kunden zu beraten und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
