Als erfahrener PCB-Designer verantwortest du die eigenständige Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Layout-Projekte – von der Konzepterstellung bis zur Fertigungsreife. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Lieferanten und steuerst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Kosten.

Was erwartet dich?

High-End-Designs: Du setzt komplexe HDI- und Multilayer-Layouts für innovative Industrieanwendungen eigenständig um.
Signal- und Power-Integrität: Du gestaltest High-Speed-Leiterplatten und stellst die Einhaltung hoher SI/PI- sowie EMV-Anforderungen sicher.
Thermisches Management: Du entwickelst durchdachte Konzepte für Hochstrom-Layouts und optimierst Lagenaufbauten unter thermischen Randbedingungen.
Maximale Integration: Du entwirfst miniaturisierte Baugruppen mit höchster Packungsdichte sowie zukunftsweisende 3D-Elektronik.
Technische Dokumentation: Du erstellst präzise Fertigungsunterlagen und entwickelst technisch wie wirtschaftlich überzeugende Lösungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Fundierte Erfahrung: Du blickst auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im PCB-Layout zurück, idealerweise mit Fokus auf komplexe Multilayer- und High-Speed-Designs.
Technisches Expertenwissen: Du beherrscht die Regeln der Signalintegrität, Impedanzkontrolle und des EMV-gerechten Designs sicher. DFM- und DFX-Prinzipien sind für dich fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeit.
Tool-Kompetenz: Du arbeitest versiert mit professionellen CAD-Systemen, insbesondere Siemens Xpedition oder Altium Designer.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Dein Arbeitsstil ist geprägt von hoher Präzision, Eigenverantwortung und einem analytischen Blick für technische Details.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du hast Freude am fachlichen Austausch – sowohl intern im Team als auch extern mit Kunden und Partnern. Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind dabei in Wort und Schrift sicher.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
