Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst eigenverantwortlich die Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär) für komplexe Bauvorhaben im Gesundheitswesen entlang der Leistungsphasen gemäß HOAI
- Du erarbeitest nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Lösungsansätze in Abstimmung mit den Gewerken
- Du überwachst und steuerst selbstständig und gewissenhaft die Realisierung von Mittel- und Großprojekten
- Du bist die Ansprechperson (m/w/d) für Kund:innen, Architekt:innen und unterstützende Unternehmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (HLK/S) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Fachplanung und Leitung von TGA-Projekten mit, idealerweise im Umfeld des Gesundheitswesens.
- Mit deiner strukturierten und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise steuerst du komplexe Projekte souverän und behältst auch bei anspruchsvollen Herausforderungen den Überblick.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit trittst du im Austausch mit Kunden, Architekten und Partnern verbindlich und überzeugend auf.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1), um alle Projektphasen klar und präzise zu begleiten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
