Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Disposition und Koordination der Materialanlieferungen und -versendungen
- Du leitest ein kleines Team aus Sachbearbeitung und Fahrer:innen
- Du stimmst dich eng mit der Geschäfts- und Betriebsleitung zur erforderlichen Mengensteuerung ab
- Du führst und überwachst Bestände
- Du stellst die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation inkl. der Anforderungen aus dem ADR sicher und wickelst die Nachweispapiere aus Abfall und Gefahrgutrecht ab, gerne auch international
- Du wertest Produktionsaufzeichnungen in Excel aus und baust, pflegst sowie entwickelst Kooperationspartner:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zur Speditionskauffrau /-mann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Logistik
- Du hast mindestens 2 his 3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Logistik
- Du kannst Teams leiten oder hast Interesse daran und verfügst über Erfahrung in der verantwortlichen Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Logistikvorgänge
- Du weist Qualifikation im Gefahrgutbereich auf, ggf. auch im Abfallbereich
- Du besitzt EDV Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office, Logistiksoftware und Materialwirtschaft
- Du hast ein kooperatives Auftreten, bist ein Teamplayer:in und besitzt Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du setzt Engagement, Organisationsgeschick und eigenständiges Arbeiten ganz oben auf deine Prioritätenliste

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
