Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kompositversicherungen mit, idealerweise mit ersten Berührungspunkten in der Schadenbearbeitung.
- Sie interessieren sich für die Zielgruppe der Heilberufe und haben Lust, sich tief in deren spezifische Bedürfnisse einzuarbeiten.
- Mit Ihrem souveränen Auftreten und Ihrem Gespür für die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kund:innen überzeugen Sie im Gespräch und bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen auf.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
