Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst und konstruierst anspruchsvolle Grundsatzdetails für den luxuriösen Yachtinnenausbau und erstellst mit TopSolid Wood und AutoCAD präzise Fertigungs- und Freigabezeichnungen
- Als erfahrene:r Ansprechpartner:in leitest du unsere Junior-Konstrukteur:innen fachlich an und förderst ihre Entwicklung im Team
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung und der Fertigung stellst du sicher, dass deine Konstruktionen technisch einwandfrei und termingerecht umsetzbar sin
- Du verantwortest die durchgängige Qualitätssicherung deiner Zeichnungen und übernimmst die strukturierte Verwaltung aller konstruktionsrelevanten Daten im Projektverlauf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Holztechnik, eine Ausbildung als Tischlermeister:in oder Holztechniker:in und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit – idealerweise im luxuriösen Yachtinnenausbau
- Deine Stärke liegt in der technischen Konstruktionsarbeit, von der Fertigungsplanung mit TSW-3D bis zur Freigabeplanung mit 2D-ACAD
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit der Konstruktionssoftware TopSolid Wood gesammelt
- Als erfahrene:r Konstrukteur:in macht es dir Freude, dein Wissen an Junior-Kolleg:innen weiterzugeben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du bist ein engagierter Teamplayer, auf den man sich verlassen kann
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringst grundlegende Englischkenntnisse mit
