- Sie sichern und optimieren die operative Leistungsfähigkeit aller Wertströme am Standort: Dabei tragen Sie die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Qualität, Liefertreue, Produktivität und Kosten und gewährleisten die konsequente Ausrichtung an internen und externen Kundenanforderungen.
- Sie entwickeln die Produktionsorganisation kontinuierlich zu einem wertstromorientierten, leistungsfähigen und lernenden System weiter: Sie gestalten die Produktionsstruktur neu, bauen funktionale Barrieren ab und begleiten Veränderungsprozesse mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Transparenz und Nachhaltigkeit.
- Sie führen und organisieren die Produktion und übernehmen die disziplinarische Verantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden der Produktionsorganisation: Sie fördern eine leistungs- und verbesserungsorientierte Führungskultur durch klare Ziele, Kennzahlen und Shopfloor-Routinen.
- Sie steuern die operative Tagessteuerung und stellen durch systematische Problemlösung ein stabiles Produktionssystem sicher: Mit Hilfe von Kennzahlen, Routinen und Eskalationsmechanismen managen Sie aktiv Engpässe, Abweichungen und Risiken entlang der Wertströme.
- Sie arbeiten in der Kreisorganisation und steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit prozessorientierten Kreisen wie Planung, Technik und Logistik aus Sicht des Wertstroms: Sie bringen klare Anforderungen, Prioritäten und Leistungsbedarfe ein und stellen sicher, dass Prozesse, Standards und Ressourcen wirksam zur Zielerreichung im Wertstrom beitragen.
- Sie verantworten die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und die Lean Leadership in der Produktion: Sie wenden Lean-Prinzipien und Methoden (z. B. PDCA, Standard Work, A3) an und fördern Eigenverantwortung, Lernfähigkeit und nachhaltige Verbesserung in den Teams.
- Sie priorisieren und steuern alle wertstromrelevanten Themen mit klarem Fokus auf Kundensicht, Prozessfluss, Stabilität und Ergebnisorientierung: Dabei achten Sie stetig darauf, dass alle Aktivitäten und Maßnahmen zur optimalen Performance der Wertströme beitragen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktion, Operations oder wertstromnahen Führungsrollen
- Sie verfügen über ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Wertstromdenken, Lean Management und operativer Steuerung
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Produktionsorganisationen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme strukturiert zu analysieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie Klarheit in Priorisierung und Entscheidungsfindung aus
- Sie besitzen hohe Veränderungskompetenz und Führungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Orientierung zu geben
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, haben Moderationsgeschick und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
