Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung strategisch wichtiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie den Ausbau langfristiger Partnerschaften verantwortlich. Dabei agieren Sie als Bindeglied zwischen Kund:innen und internen Fachbereichen, entwickeln individuelle Lösungen und identifizieren aktiv neue Umsatzpotenziale. Durch ihre strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise stellen Sie die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher, setzen strategische und operative Maßnahmen um und leisten so einen wichtigen Beitrag zum nachhaltigen Wachstum des Unternehmens.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für ausgewählte OEM- und Tier-1-Kund:innen, inklusive Umsatz‑, Forecast- und Margenverantwortung
- Sie bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf technischer und kommerzieller Ebene auf und entwickeln diese weiter
- Sie steuern alle Kundenprojekte von der Angebotsphase über Projektmeilensteine bis hin zu SOP und EOP
- Sie erkennen neue Geschäftspotenziale, insbesondere im wachsenden Bereich Smart Glass, PDLC und FPC
- Sie führen Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit R&D, Engineering, Controlling und Produktion zusammen und beobachten den Wettbewerb und Markt in Europa, Asien und Nordamerika

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld (OEM oder Tier‑1) und zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten aus
- Sie verfügen über eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und rhetorisches Geschick
- Sie sind souverän im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträger:innen und technischen Ansprechpersonen
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, arbeiten selbstständig, sind belastbar und teamfähig
- Sie sind verhandlungssicher und kommunizieren in deutscher und englischer Sprache, verfügen über Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und Reisebereitschaft ist für Sie selbstverständlich
