Ihre Aufgaben, auf die Sie sich freuen können:
- Sie verantworten die Leitung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen für mittelständische Unternehmen und führen Due-Diligence-Prüfungen durch.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle führen und entwickeln Sie Ihr Prüfungsteam und vertreten die Arbeitsergebnisse souverän gegenüber der Geschäftsführung und den Mandanten.
- Sie bringen Ihre Fachexpertise bei Sonderprüfungen ein, erstellen Stellungnahmen zu komplexen Bilanzierungsfragen und übernehmen gutachterliche Tätigkeiten.
- Sie gestalten aktiv das Qualitätsmanagementsystem mit, wirken bei der internen Nachschau mit und setzen dabei Tools wie Caseware und DATEV ein.
- Durch den strategischen Ausbau Ihres Mandantenstamms tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Wachstum des Geschäftsbereichs bei.

Ihre Fähigkeiten, um erfolgreich durchzustarten:
- Sie sind bestellte:r Wirtschaftsprüfer:in und bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in der Prüfungsleitung.
- Sie haben Freude an der prüfungsnahen Beratung und konnten idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Betreuung anspruchsvoller Mandate oder in steuerlichen Themen sammeln.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen zeichnen Sie aus, wobei Sie den Teamgedanken nie aus den Augen verlieren.
- Dank Ihrer kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art fällt es Ihnen leicht, eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu Ihren Mandant:innen aufzubauen.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1). Erfahrung mit Caseware oder DATEV ist ein willkommenes Plus.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
