Ihre Aufgaben, auf die Sie sich freuen können:
- Sie leiten die Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen mittelständischer Unternehmen und Unternehmensgruppen als auftragsverantwortliche/r Wirtschaftsprüfer*in
- Sie führen Due Diligence Prüfungen durch
- Sie betreuen überwiegend mittelständische Unternehmen und beraten Ihren Mandantenstamm im Rahmen von prüfungsnahen Dienstleistungen
- Sie nehmen an Sonderprüfungen, Erstellung fachlicher Stellungnahmen zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsfragen teil und übernehmen komplexe gutachterliche Tätigkeiten
- Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Prüfungsteam, Geschäftsführung sowie aller in die Prüfung einbezogenen Spezialisten
- Sie führen ein Team und vertreten die Arbeitsergebnisse gegenüber Mandant/innen
- Sie führen und organisieren das QMS der Kanzlei im WP-Bereich und wirken bei der internen Nachschau sowie bei der externen Qualitätskontrolle mit
- Sie wirken durch Ihre Akquisitionen an der Fortsetzung des eingeschlagenen Wachstumskurses des Geschäftsbereichs Prüfung und prüfungsnahe Beratung mit

Ihre Fähigkeiten, um erfolgreich durchzustarten:
- Bestellung zum/r Wirtschaftsprüfer*in
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in gesetzlichen Abschlussprüfungen. Dabei verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse in der prüfungsnahen Beratung (gerne auch in der Beratung anspruchsvoller nationaler und internationaler Mandant/innen oder auch in steuerlichen Themen)
- Ihre kompetente Mitarbeiter*innen-führung ist geprägt von einem gelebten Teamspirit
- Sie gehen sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen um; Caseware sowie DATEV-Anwenderkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
- Sie treten freundlich auf und können sich gut ausdrücken sowie verständlich kommunizieren. Sie haben Freude am Mandantenkontakt
- Sie können Ihre Aufgaben gut strukturieren und wissen, was wichtig ist
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, stark ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und analytisches Denkvermögen, ergänzt um Teamgeist sowie eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
