Ihre Aufgaben, auf die Sie sich freuen können:
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Ihres Teams und fördern aktiv die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden.
- Als zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in verantworten Sie die strategische, steuerliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Gestaltungsberatung für einen festen Mandantenstamm.
- Sie steuern die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie von Steuererklärungen und sichern durch Ihre Reviews in DATEV höchste Qualitätsstandards.
- Sie begleiten eigenverantwortlich Betriebsprüfungen und entwickeln proaktiv steuerliche Lösungs- und Gestaltungsansätze.
- Gemeinsam mit der Partnerebene arbeiten Sie an der Weiterentwicklung der Kanzlei und der Optimierung interner Prozesse.

Ihre Fähigkeiten, um erfolgreich durchzustarten:
- Sie sind bestellter Steuerberater (m/w/d) und bringen mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und bei Betriebsprüfungen mit.
- Als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit leiten Sie Ihr Team mit Kommunikationsstärke und haben Freude daran, Verantwortung für Mandanten und Mitarbeitende zu übernehmen.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der deutschen Rechnungslegung (HGB) und sind versiert im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von analytischem Denken, Eigeninitiative und einer hohen digitalen Affinität, um unsere Mandanten optimal zu betreuen.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringen idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit, um auch internationale Sachverhalte zu bearbeiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
