Sie begleiten Produktentwicklungen und relevante Kundenprojekte im Segment Leistungselektronik. Ihr ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis ermöglicht es Ihnen, Anforderungen zu verstehen und Unique Selling Points für Produkte, Anwendungen und Zielmärkte abzuleiten
Sie unterstützen unsere Teams in Europa, Korea, China und Japan bei Produktentwicklungsprojekten und Markteinführungen – mit klarem Fokus auf Marktgeschwindigkeit und Kundennutzen. Dabei koordinieren Sie die Schnittstellen zwischen Produktmanagement, F&E, Anwendungstechnik, Vertrieb und Marketing
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption unserer Fachbeiträge in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen, durchdringen sie inhaltlich und bereiten technische Themen verständlich für unsere Zielgruppen auf
Sie betrachten Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche ganzheitlich und analysieren & konzeptionieren gemeinsam mit dem Marketing die Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Online Marketing, Website, Social Media, etc
Sie übernehmen die Konzeption und Bewertung von Partner-Events und Kooperationen mit Fachverbänden hinsichtlich unserer Beteiligung, inkl. der inhaltlichen Vorbereitung, Zieldefinition und Erfolgskontrolle

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie sind Ingenieur:in oder Wirtschaftsingenieur:in (Master) mit 2-5 Jahren Erfahrung in einer technischen Branche oder mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten im B2B-Bereich, idealerweise im Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Produktmarketing
Sie können technische Inhalte und komplexe Zusammenhänge durchdringen und bewerten und den Mehrwert für die Kund:innen herausarbeiten
Sie identifizieren sich mit Ihren Projekten, machen sich Ihre Produkte zu eigen und treiben sie proaktiv voran. Dabei halten Sie auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Kurs und sind es gewohnt, mit KPIs zu arbeiten und Ihre Produkte zu analysieren
Sie sind selbstbewusst und sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Hierarchien (firmenintern wie extern) und vertreten Ihren Standpunkt sachlich und klar, während Sie gleichzeitig kooperativ im Team sind
Sie reflektieren und können sich in dynamischen Projektsituationen anpassen
Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2), sind offen und kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und strukturiert
