Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie begleiten Produktentwicklungen und Kundenprojekte im Segment Leistungselektronik – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Ableitung von Unique Selling Points für Produkte, Anwendungen und Zielmärkte
- Sie unterstützen unsere Teams in Europa, Korea, China und Japan bei Produktentwicklungen und Markteinführungen mit Fokus auf Marktgeschwindigkeit und Kundennutzen. Dabei koordinieren Sie die Schnittstellen zwischen Produktmanagement, F&E, Anwendungstechnik, Vertrieb und Marketing
- Sie konzipieren Fachbeiträge in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und bereiten technische Themen verständlich für unsere Zielgruppen auf
- Sie analysieren und konzeptionieren gemeinsam mit dem Marketing die Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Online Marketing, Website und Social Media
- Sie verantworten die Konzeption und Bewertung von Partner-Events und Kooperationen mit Fachverbänden – von der inhaltlichen Vorbereitung über die Zieldefinition bis zur Erfolgskontrolle

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Ingenieur:in oder Wirtschaftsingenieur:in (Master) mit ersten Erfahrungen in einer technischen Branche oder mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten im B2B-Bereich, idealerweise im Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Produktmarketing
- Sie können technische Inhalte und komplexe Zusammenhänge durchdringen, bewerten und den Mehrwert für die Kund:innen herausarbeiten
- Sie sind erfahren im Arbeiten mit KPIs und in der Analyse von Produktkennzahlen
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
