Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen, konzipieren und setzen Marketingstrategien und -kampagnen um
- Sie entwickeln die Markenpositionierung und den Markenauftritt weiter
- Sie steuern und koordinieren Marketingmaßnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle und sind verantwortlich für Messen und Events
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Verkaufsförderungs- und POS-Maßnahmen um und steuern die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Sie bauen Influencer-Kooperationen auf, betreuen und entwickeln diese weiter und arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und externen Partnern zusammen
- Sie planen und kontrollieren das Marketingbudget und führen Markt- und Zielgruppenanalysen durch, um die besten Marketingkonzepte und -strategien zu erarbeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2C-Bereich, und Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingkampagnen
- Sie haben ein Verständnis für Markenführung und -Kommunikation und besitzen analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke gepaart mit Kreativität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und packen auch an, wenn es operativ wird
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert und sind eine Teamplayer:in mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
