Bei uns übernehmen Sie die Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung unserer Druckluftwerkzeuge sowie die Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen in Mechanik, Elektrotechnik und Pneumatik – überwiegend stationär und gelegentlich bei unseren Kunden vor Ort. Darüber hinaus beraten Sie unsere Kunden kompetent zur Anwendung und Wartung unserer Produkte, führen Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen durch und dokumentieren Ihre Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind für die Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an BEA-Druckluftwerkzeugen stationär und gelegentlich beim Kunden vor Ort zuständig.
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch)
- Sie unterstützen und beraten unsere Kunden kompetent bei der Anwendung und Wartung unserer Produkte.
- Vereinzelte Serviceeinsätze für eigenständige Installationen / Inbetriebnahmen und Reparaturen von Neugeräten und Befestigungssystemen beim Kunden vor Ort
- Sie erstellen Serviceberichte und Dokumentationen der durchgeführten Arbeiten.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vertriebsaußen- und Vertriebsinnendienst sowie der Entwicklungsabteilung, zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Services, zusammen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in, Industriemechaniker:in, Elektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder in der Instandhaltung mit.
- Sie weisen Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Elektrotechnik auf.
- Für Sie ist eine selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise selbstverständlich.
- Sie verfügen über Teamgeist, Offenheit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Für die Einsätze bei den Kunden benötigen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Kundeneinsätze im Jahr mit (regional oder überregional je nach Einsatzgebiet)
