Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest fünfstellige Tagesbudgets auf unseren Paid Channels (Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube & Co).
- Du erstellst unsere Kampagnen, findest skalierbare Kampagnen-Setups und optimierst diese stetig im Hinblick auf unsere Kampagnenziele.
- Du analysierst & optimierst die Customer Journey von über 1 Mio. jährlichen Nutzern auf unserer Seite.
- Du testest täglich neue Werbeanzeigen, tauschst dich mit unserem Creative-Team über die Ad-Performance aus und gibst Impulse zur Verbesserung.
- Du stehst in direktem Kontakt zu unseren Facebook und Google Account Manager:innen, um wichtige operative Schritte zu besprechen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. im Bereich Marketing, BWL oder Kommunikation.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing mit, insbesondere im Bereich Paid Search (Google Ads) und Paid Social (Meta Ads).
- Zahlen und Daten sind deine Welt: Du denkst analytisch und triffst deine Entscheidungen auf Basis von KPIs und Reportings.
- Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch, hinterfragst den Status quo und suchst proaktiv nach Wegen, unsere Kampagnen noch erfolgreicher zu machen.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf sehr gutem Niveau (mind. C1) und freust dich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team an unserem Standort in Dresden.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
