Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen und Installationen, um deren Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten.
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb der Gebäudetechnik sicher, indem Sie Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen überwachen, steuern und bei Störungen eingreifen.
- Sie führen regelmäßige Inspektionen im gesamten Gebäude durch, beheben kleinere Mängel an Sanitäranlagen und sorgen so für die allgemeine Sicherheit und Ordnung.
- Sie koordinieren und betreuen externe Dienstleister bei größeren Reparaturen und dokumentieren Ihre Tätigkeiten sowie die Verwaltung der Schließanlage mit MS-Office.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker (m/w/d) und bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gebäude- oder Betriebstechnik mit.
- Ihre Stärke liegt in der selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeit an elektrotechnischen Anlagen, von der Wartung bis zur Reparatur.
- Als verlässlicher Teamplayer schätzen Sie den kollegialen Austausch und tragen aktiv zu einem positiven Arbeitsklima bei.
- Die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sowie zur Teilnahme am Rufdienst, auch an Wochenenden, ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
