Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für einen festen Kundenstamm und agierst als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für alle Anliegen rund um Versicherungen und Vorsorge.
- Du erweiterst proaktiv deinen Kundenkreis, indem du durch exzellente Beratung überzeugst und aktiv neue Empfehlungen gewinnst.
- Du analysierst die individuellen Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen und entwickelst daraus maßgeschneiderte Konzepte in den Bereichen Absicherung, Altersvorsorge und Finanzierung.
- Im Leistungsfall beweist du deine Serviceorientierung: Du begleitest deine Kund:innen durch den gesamten Prozess und koordinierst die reibungslose Schadenabwicklung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Spezialist:innen und dem Backoffice zusammen, um für deine Kund:innen stets die optimale Lösung zu finden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit echter Freude am Vertrieb und dem Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen.
- Zeitliche Flexibilität, insbesondere für Termine am Abend, ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um deine Kund:innen auch vor Ort besuchen zu können.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen oder eine IHK-Zulassung mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
