Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück unserer Fertigung programmierst, rüstest und bedienst Du unsere modernen CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Du optimierst eigenständig bestehende CNC-Programme, um die Qualität unserer Bauteile und die Effizienz der Prozesse stetig zu verbessern.
- Mit einem geschulten Auge und präzisen Messmitteln überwachst Du die Maßhaltigkeit der Werkstücke und sicherst so unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards.
- Du dokumentierst die Rüst- und Fertigungszeiten im Fertigungsauftrag und sorgst damit für eine lückenlose Nachverfolgbarkeit in der Produktion.
- Gemeinsam im Team kümmerst Du Dich um die Wartung und Pflege des Maschinenparks und gewährleistest so dessen reibungslose Einsatzbereitschaft.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig nach technischen Zeichnungen, verfügst über Programmierkenntnisse und gehst sicher mit Messmitteln um.
- Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bringst Teamgeist, Flexibilität und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
