Was erwartet dich?
- Du beschaffst, strukturierst und konsolidierst die projektbezogenen Grundlagen
- Du erstellst, überarbeitest und pflegst die Pläne für die HOAI-Leistungsphasen für Fernwärmenetze
- Du liest, prüfst und passt technische Zeichnungen, Pläne und Dokumentationen an
- Du wirkst bei der Dimensionierung und Auslegung von Wärmeleitungs- und Fernwärmekomponenten nach geltenden technischen Normen mit
- Du führst Planänderungen durch und stellst die technische Richtigkeit sicher
- Du stimmst dich technisch mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten ab
- Du nimmst an Projektbesprechungen und Ortsterminen teil und wirkst an der Projektkoordination mit
- Du unterstützt bei Aufmaß und Mengenermittlung
- Du pflegst, strukturierst und aktualisierst technische Unterlagen und Projektdaten
- Du führst fachbezogene technische Berechnungen durch
- Du arbeitest in der Anlagenplanung zu, einschließlich kreativer Mitarbeit an 3D‑Modellen und der Weiterentwicklung technischer Konzeptentwürfe
- Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und seines Außenauftritts mit (Social Media Content; Blogbeiträge, …)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Technische:r Bauzeichner:in – vorzugsweise im Bereich Fernwärme, Energie- oder Versorgungstechnik
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen, bevorzugt mit AutoCAD
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung von Fernwärmenetzen oder anderen Energieerzeugungsanlagen
- Du erkennst schnell technische und organisatorische Zusammenhänge und leitest praxistaugliche Lösungen ab
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS 365 und AutoCAD
- Du hast Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue Tools
- Du vertiefst dich in Prozesse, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und findest Ansätze für Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung
- Du erkennst übergreifende Zusammenhänge und leitest entsprechende Strategien ab
- Du erzielst qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse auch unter Zeit- und Ergebnisvorgaben
- Du bist motiviert und lernbereit
