Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Abfertigung von LKWs anhand des Dispositionsplans und erstellst die dazugehörigen Liefer- und Versanddokumente.
- Du verantwortest die physische sowie systemseitige Lagerplatzverwaltung in unserem Lagerverwaltungssystem (PL-Store) und führst regelmäßige Bestandskontrollen durch.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Fahrer und interne Abteilungen steuerst du die Kommunikation und bearbeitest die dazugehörige Korrespondenz.
- Du überwachst die operativen Lagerprozesse, identifizierst proaktiv Störungen im Ablauf und leitest eigenständig erste Lösungsmaßnahmen ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst erste Vorkenntnisse aus der Logistik mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast bereits mit einem gängigen Lagerverwaltungssystem (LVS) gearbeitet.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie proaktiv und überzeugst als Teamplayer, der auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick behält.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) – weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
