Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst eigenständig Charteraufträge, vom Versand der Avise bis zur Zustellung, und agierst als erste Anlaufstelle bei operativen Herausforderungen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen unseren Fachbereichen, Partnern wie TEDi und den Speditionen.
- Mithilfe von Excel wertest Du Frachtdaten sowie Kennzahlen aus, überwachst die Lieferperformance unserer Logistikpartner und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Frachtausschreibungen mit und übernimmst die sorgfältige Pflege und Administration der Speditionsverträge.
- Du bist für die gewissenhafte Stammdatenpflege in unserem Transport Management System (TMS) verantwortlich und stellst so die Datenqualität sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition/Logistik, und bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Filialbelieferung mit.
- Mit deiner organisierten, gewissenhaften und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise behältst du stets den Überblick und löst proaktiv Probleme im Tagesgeschäft.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne an der Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Fachbereichen und externen Spediteuren.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit Excel und Outlook.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
