- Sie werden „Ihre“ Mandant:innen von A-Z betreuen
- Sie wissen, worauf es ankommt, ob bei der Finanzbuchhaltung, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden, Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
- Sie haben Termine und Fristen zuverlässig im Blick und die Besonderheiten Ihrer Mandant:innen sicher im Griff
- Sie arbeiten sehr eigenständig und routiniert
- Sie haben sich Ihre Neugier und Ihr Interesse an neuen, interessanten Themen bewahrt und finden bei uns jede Menge Möglichkeiten, sich einzubringen, z.B. bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen oder der Einführung neuer digitaler Tools
- Sie können beim Aufbau neuer Services auch ganz neues Know-how erwerben, z.B. im Reporting

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine steuerfachliche Ausbildung, gern mit Zusatzqualifikation als Steuerfachwirt:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, gern auch sehr viel mehr
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Finanzbuchhaltungen und Jahresabschlüssen und sind sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und idealerweise auch mit Unternehmen-online
- Sie haben Freude daran, sich in die spezifischen Themen unserer Kund:innen einzuarbeiten und hineinzudenken, mit dem Anspruch nicht nur „abzuarbeiten“ und zu buchen, sondern auch die Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
- Sie sind Generalist:in, die gern sehr eigenständig arbeiten und Ihre Mandant:innen von A bis Z betreuen, oder Spezialist:in, die ihr Fachgebiet richtig gut beherrschen, z.B. Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung oder Immobilienbuchhaltung
- Sie bringen jede Menge Teamgeist mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
