Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Tragwerksplanung für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Ingenieurwasser- und Spezialtiefbau – von Hafenanlagen bis zu Uferwänden – über die Leistungsphasen 1-6 der HOAI.
- Sie erstellen und prüfen prüffähige statische Berechnungen und sorgen so für die Sicherheit und Langlebigkeit unserer Bauwerke.
- Mit wachsender Erfahrung übernehmen Sie die Leitung eigener Projekte und koordinieren dabei interne Fachteams sowie externe Partner und Behörden.
- Als fachliche Ansprechperson begleiten Sie die Bauausführung, sichern die Qualität vor Ort und arbeiten eng mit den Bauteams zusammen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Fachrichtung konstruktiver Ingenieurbau) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Ob als engagierte:r Absolvent:in mit passenden Schwerpunkten oder bereits mit Berufserfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung – bei uns sind Sie willkommen.
- Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Statik und Konstruktion mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Berührungspunkte im Wasser-, Grund- oder Spezialtiefbau.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, gleichzeitig schätzen Sie den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um sich im Projektalltag bestens abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
