Was erwartet dich?
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst Produktdaten, Preise und Statistiken in Systemen wie KPS designstudio oder Visual Furniture, damit der Verkauf immer auf dem neuesten Stand ist
- Du betreust das Warenwirtschaftssystem, einschließlich Mitarbeiteranlagen, Berechtigungen und Mailvorlagen, um den Mitarbeitenden den Alltag zu erleichtern
- Du betreust die Schnittstellen und EDI-Verbindungen zu Lieferanten und wirst zum Profi für IT-Fragen wie Teams, SpamQuarantäne oder Kamerasysteme
- Du hilfst bei der IT-Sicherheit mit, indem du Konzepte erstellst und In-Haus-Schulungen durchführst
- Du erstellst kaufmännische Auswertungen wie Bestands- und Umsatzübersichten und prüfst Preisabweichungen, um korrekte Abrechnungen sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein Jahr Berufserfahrung – ein mathematisches Grundverständnis für Kalkulation, Statistiken und Datenpflege
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Abläufen
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert und hast Freude an der Arbeit an Schnittstellen zwischen IT und Mitarbeitenden
