- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CTO, Head of Product und Head of Development im Bereich des agilen Projektmanagements zusammen
- Du hilfst uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Portale und bei der stetigen Optimierung unserer Plattformen
- Du planst Split Tests und führst diese durch
- Du setzt Anfragen zu Features, Bugs o.ä. in JIRA-Tickets um, sodass unsere Entwickler direkt mit der Arbeit beginnen können
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung einzelner Features
- Du wirkst an verschiedensten IT-Projekten mit
- Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement/ die Quality Assurance unserer Produkte
- Du bringst eigene Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge mit ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld gesammelt
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement (Scrum oder Kanban)
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in JIRA, PHP, Javascript, HTML und/oder in einem CMS wie z. B. Wordpress mit
- Du kannst erste Kenntnisse in Google Analytics oder einem ähnlichen Tool vorweisen
- Du bist sehr empathisch, kannst Dich in andere Menschen hineindenken und aus schriftlichen Anfragen JIRA-Tickets für unsere Entwickler*innen erstellen
- Du hinterfragst Anforderungen kritisch, um so das bestmögliche Briefing für unsere Entwickler*innen zu gewährleisten
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf C1-Niveau und du besitzt Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce oder mit Redaktionssystemen gesammelt

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
