Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für einen festen Kundenstamm sowie deren Mitarbeitende und Rentner:innen, betreuen und beraten diese kundenindividuell in allen personal- und abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
- Sie verantworten selbständig die termingetreue Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung sowie aller Folgeaktivitäten und der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge unserer Kund:innen unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und einzelvertraglicher Rahmenbedingungen
- Sie nehmen die Abwicklung monatlicher und jährlicher Abschlussarbeiten sowie die Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit der Finanzverwaltung, den Krankenkassen und Behörden vor
- Sie führen eigenständig Fehleranalysen in SAP HCM durch, klären Anfragen und Anforderungen durch unsere Kund:innen und sorgen für umfassende Information bzw. Dokumentation

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung oder ein Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (z. B. BWL oder Personalmanagement)
- Sie haben fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Entgeltabrechnung, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sie verfügen für die Position mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung, z.B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechner:in
- Sie haben ein gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und sind in der Lage, sich Kenntnisse mit entsprechender Unterstützung schnell anzueignen
- Sie verfügen wünschenswerterweise über umfassende Kenntnisse in SAP HCM (oder alternativ in einem anderen Abrechnungsprogramm) sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel)
- Sie arbeiten gerne kunden- und serviceorientiert mit einer hohen Problemlösungskompetenz und verfügen über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
